service - without the benefit of a physical examination - the expert in screening will only give advice based on his own professional
experience. Any advice or treatment suggested by the expert is solely based on the information provided by you. Oxford Screening
is not responsible should you withhold information or if you fail to disclose information that you would reasonably be expected
to disclose, even if you were not explicitly asked for it. You must provide the information when necessary and when you are
asked the appropriate question by the expert. Oxford Screening is not responsible for what you choose to do with the advice.
Oxford Screening is not responsible for sending you or referring you to a doctor or clinic to be seen, or to another party
for any investigations that may be suggested by the Oxford Screening expert. If you have a condition that warrants a physical
examination, treatment or any other investigation by a doctor, then it is your responsibility to seek that medical care. No
promises are made, given or intended by the advice provided by the Oxford Screening expert. No information or advice provided
by Oxford Screening shall be deemed to be the only, or necessarily the best, method or procedure with respect to the matter

PRIVACY POLICY
Oxford Screening upholds the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
Unless required to do so by law or by current medical ethics, Oxford Screening will not intentionally reveal your personal
details to third party organisations other than those directly involved in providing the Oxford Screening service. Oxford
Screening takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal details from unintentional disclosure. But the remote nature
of the Oxford Screening service necessarily relies upon communications using email, post and telephone. There are inherent
vulnerabilities in using email, post, and telephone and Oxford Screening is therefore unable to give an absolute guarantee
that a third party unrelated to the Oxford Screening service will not learn your personal details and the result of any test
you may have purchased from Oxford Screening. If you purchase a Oxford Screening test, you accept that Oxford Screening will
post the test kit to the postal address you provide. Oxford Screening cannot be held responsible if other people open your
post when it arrives at your address. If you purchase an Oxford Screening test, you accept that Oxford Screening will normally

Oxford
Screening will not be held responsible for loss or damage that arises from the fact that the remote nature of the Oxford Screening
service means that Oxford Screening can not fully replicate the level of emotional support often associated with a traditional
doctor-patient relationship.
The Oxford
Screening website explicitly names groups of people who, in particular, need to make an informed decision about whether they
would be better off seeking testing at their own doctor’s surgery or their local hospital where the level of emotional
support will probably be greater and where there will be face-to-face contact. By naming groups of people who, in particular,
need to make an informed decision about whether they would be better off seeking testing and treatment elsewhere, Oxford Screening
does not imply that the Oxford Screening service is necessarily appropriate for everyone else. For some people who fall outside
the groups of people explicitly named, the Oxford Screening service is not appropriate and these people should not use the
Oxford Screening service.
Oxford
Screening will not be held responsible for any information that is inadvertently omitted from the Oxford Screening service
or for any errors that are inadvertently included within the Oxford Screening service. Anyone who feels that an important

the NHS and other providers is liable to frequent change and despite Oxford Screening’s best efforts, the information

invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the agreement and the remaining terms and conditions shall
